WIDE-RANGING SERVICE FOR OUR GUESTS

We can offer you the following services:

• Environmental sticker
On October 1, 2008 an environmental zone was established for the central area of Munich contained within the ring road Mittlerer Ring. This means that an environmental sticker is now mandatory if you wish to enter this area with your car. In order to enable you to drive your car to our hotel, we will be happy to obtain the sticker for you. All we need is a copy of the registration papers of your vehicle.

• Public transport
You can buy the tickets for your trip to the Trade Fair Center or the Airport at our Hotel. We will be happy to advise you. 

• City tours
You can book your guided tour of the city - either on foot or by bus - directly in the Hotel. If you book an excursion, you will be collected from the Hotel.


• Events (excl. football matches), museums, theatres, musicals, operas
We will be happy to arrange theatre tickets or entrance tickets to other cultural events in Munich. The Welcome-Card can also be obtained through us.

• Bicycle hire
By hiring one of the Hotel’s own bicycles, you can explore the city in comfort at your own pace.


• Miscellaneous
Special arrangements for companies and groups are available upon request.
